"I wanted to offer my sincere thanks to your staff. I stopped by the office in Newmarket this morning thinking there was a retail store open to the public. I was disappointed to discover that was not the case. My father is in need of a new rolling walker. He and I looked at your catalogue the other day and decided on a specific unit. I told him I would pick it up for him this week. Despite not having a retail store, the staff that greeted me were warm and incredibly accommodating. I told the person who worked with me the unit we were looking to purchase. Another gentleman in the office overheard the conversation and immediately offered assistance as well. A technician assembled the unit, showed me how to set up and take down the unit and put in the travel bag. Total time on site was about 25 mins. While I waited for the unit to be assembled several people arrived for work. Each arriving person asked me if I was being assisted. I was very impressed.
